Wendover Airfield
The Wendover Airfield was an important military installation during WWII, due to its vast uninhabited natural context that allowed for flight and bombardment training. The airfield is significant for its association with WWII and the Manhattan Project. It is important to preserve this history as a somber reminder of the tragic and destructive nature of war. Io worked with Union Creative Agency to create digital renderings of the site for an interpretation and public awareness campaign to help raise awareness about the airfield’s significance, and to support their ongoing efforts to restore and preserve the architecture and landscapes associated with the base.
