Warner Carriage House

The historic Warner home is one of the finest examples of Queen Anne Victorian architecture in Ogden. The owners of this home asked Io LandArch to design an accessory dwelling unit and detached garage space. During an initial sketch plan consultation, we looked at the city’s zoning and landmarks requirements and provided some initial footprint and massing ideas that optimized the shape of the property while matching the massing, roofline, materials and colors of the main house. The refined design includes a 12-foot-high, three-car garage and an 800-square-foot apartment above.
