Stone Hill

Stone Hill is an urban infill project featuring modern Prairie style homes, designed to compliment the surrounding historic neighborhood. Io developed the landscape master plan and streetscape theme for the development. Our design draws inspiration from the work of Prairie School Landscape architect Jens Jensen, incorporating native vegetation, prairie grasses, and a modern interpretation of Jensen’s stone council rings using gabion walls.
