Mangiapani Residence

The Mangiapani Residence is a historic home in the Avenues district of Salt Lake City. Io LandArch formulated a design for the front yard to complement the strikingly detailed craftsman-style home, which was built in 1918 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. According to that record, this home is the “largest and one of the few examples in the Avenues neighborhood of the Swiss Bungalow, one of a number of variations on the popular early 20th century bungalow style”
