After completing a vision plan to established the client’s goals and long-term direction for the property, Io LandArch continued to work with the client on design development and construction documentation. The final design translated the client’s vision into a cohesive, buildable landscape.

The project included landscape enhancements to the front and rear yards, improvements to the back patio, a raised garden area, a custom trash enclosure, enhanced privacy screening, landscape lighting, and a comprehensive planting design that strengthens the home’s character and outdoor living experience.
