The Larsen Victorian

The Larsen Residence is a Victorian home with Queen Anne characteristics, originally built in 1890 by John W. McNutt, an Ogden drug-store owner. The home was painstakingly rehabilitated by Io principal and co-founder Shalae Larsen. In addition to leading the design and preservation planning efforts, she also participated in much of the construction work. This project included the restoration of the main home, the addition of a carriage house to the property, and the creation of a modern Victorian-inspired garden.
