Civic Facilities Master Plan

Civic Facilities Master Plan

This comprehensive facilities programming study was focused on community center space including recreation, arts, education, and civic space. While focused on the city’s anticipated acquisition of the Granite High School campus and its recreational facilities, the study comprehensively examined all of the city’s community facilities, including the Pioneer Craft House site, the former Woodrow Wilson School, and the Columbus Community Center. Io worked with a number of stakeholders including city staff, recreation and maintenance departments, as well as county governmental agencies and dozens of non-profit arts, recreation, and education groups to develop a master plan that included recreation, art studio space, performing arts center, county library facility, charter schools, and civic space.
