Happy New Year from Io LandArch

Happy New Year from Io LandArch!

This year’s holiday card features another original watercolor by Shalae Larsen, ASLA, PLA, celebrating the Sunnyfield Barn in Eden. We’re proud to have completed the successful National Register of Historic Places nomination for the Sunnyfield Barn, and we’ve continued to work on the adjoining Sunnyfield Village site.

From its iconic gambrel roof to the milking aisles within, this Improvement-Era barn anchors the agricultural legacy of the valley and remains a beloved local landmark.

This year and every year, we’re grateful to steward places with stories worth preserving. Thank you for being part of that work with us in 2025, and we look forward to what 2026 has in store!
