Project Planning

The first step in realizing the carriage house of your dreams is to engage in our project planning service, where we establish the big idea and budget for your project!

On-Site Meeting

We meet with you on-site to discuss your project, and identify initial opportunities and potential constraints.

Code Review

We research any potential restrictions (municipal zoning ordinances and HOA requirements) that might impact the proposed design.

Concept Plan

Our team of designers works with you to develop a vision for your project. This conceptual plan identifies the style, overall massing, and preliminary layout - painting a picture for what your carriage house can be!

Strategy

This exercise is more than just a pie in the sky wish-list for your carriage house – we work with you to discuss your budget options, and develop phasing plans so that you can move forward with confidence.
